Creating Your Account
- Visit wifi.ecowater.com and click 'New Account'
- Enter your email address and create a password. Note: your installers will use this password onsite, so choose one that is easy to remember.
- Click 'Next'.
- Contact our Technical Service at 1-800-627-3497 and ask to be upgraded to a Dealer Account.
Adding a Customer Account
- Log in to your dealer account and click the ' +New Customer' button.
- Fill out the customer's information and create the password - Water123. You will give the customer this password, and they will use the Forgot Password button to reset it after their first login.
- Click 'Create Account' when you are finished.
Note: If the customer's wants to change the email address on their account, they need to go to wifi.ecowater.com and update it. Click 'Save' when done.
Adding a System to a Customer Account
- Log in to your dealer account.
- Click Customer ID on the Customers Page to open the account you would like to access (pictured below).
- Click the ' + Add a Device' button on the right side of the page.
- Enter the Keycode. This is found on the system's display under Main Menu > System Information > Wireless Information. The code is time sensitive, so double check the keycode on the unit before entering.
Sharing Customer Account with Dealer
- Visit wifi.ecowater.com or the EcoWater Systems app. Log in with email and password. This information is initially set up by the dealer.
- On the Systems list, click View under the desired system.
- On the app, click Allow for Dealer Access. If you are using a desktop, Click the Support tab in the top right corner of the page to find this allowance.
- A confirmation message will appear, click Yes, Allow Access.
- The Dealer will receive a confirmation email. To access the unit, the Dealer can either use the link in the email, or navigate to the Customers page and click View to see the system details.
Customer Dashboard
- Recharge Now & Schedule Recharge
- Unit Information - Model, Status, Salt and Recharge Dates
- Water Data - Used Today, Daily Avg., and Gallons Available in data and graph
- Current Salt Level
Manage Alerts
- Navigate to the Alerts tab on the top right side of the page.
- Click 'Manage Dealer Alerts' on the left side of the page.
- Here, you can enter the phone numbers and email addresses that will receive dealer alerts.
- Enter your preferences (email or text message) for each type of alert.
Manage Settings
Basic System Settings
- Navigate to the 'Settings' tab on the top right side of the page.
- Use this tab to enter or update Salt Level, Hardness, Iron, Salt Type, Recharge Time.
*Note: Adjusting the settings on this page does not adjust the settings on the unit
System Location
Use this tab to enter or update the location of the customer's system.
System Information
Use this tab to enter or view Model, PWA number, Date Code, Build Sequence Number, Fixture Number.
Language & Measurements
Use this tab to enter or view Language, Volume Units, Hardness Units, Weight Units, Date and Time Formats, Time Zone.
Advanced System Settings
Use this tab to enter or view Efficiency Mode, Max Days Between Recharges, Aux Control Type, 97% Feature. You can also Restore Defaults here.
Troubleshooting
- Navigate to the Support tab on the top right hand side of the page.
- Advance Valve - remotely move between valve positions
- Reset: Flow Rate, RF Signal Strength, Error Code, Water Counter
EASE Report
- Navigate to the Support tab on the top right side of the web page.
- Here you can view Customer Information, Dealer Information, and System Information.
