This article applies to products using the EcoWater Systems WiFi Manager app. It explains how to troubleshoot an occasional issue with establishing a WiFi connection.
When searching for WiFi signal from the unit, you should see an H2O-XXXXXXXXXXX server appear (pictured below). If you see an alternative format such as FIN-XXXXXXXXX or Ayla-XXXXXXX, the WiFi chip (part # 7341520) is broadcasting incorrectly and needs to be replaced. Neither of those will properly connect to the EcoWater Dealer app.
