Has the customer noticed a poor taste coming from their filtered water? That's not something you want. It's likely because of the age of the filter or the system may need to be sanitized. Let's do some troubleshooting to figure this out. Follow along below!
Filter Age
The filters have an average lifetime of about 6 months - depending on use and water quality. If the filters are still fairly new (under a few months), you may want to swap them out and see if the poor taste continues.
Has the taste improved with new filters?
- NO - they still have poor taste: If they still have poor taste with new filters, the system needs to be sanitized.
