No Product Water
1. Storage tank lost air charge. Tank is heavy, but minimal water from faucet.
> Repressurize Tank. Empty tank completely and confirm pressure at Schrader Valve is 4-7 psi. If water drips from Schrader valve, tank bladder is ruptured, replace tank.
2. Feed line plugged - test by pushing the Prefilter poppet stem. Warning: water may shoot out during this test.
> If no water, check feed line and supply shut-off if applicable.
3. Prefilter plugged - test by pushing the Membrane poppet.
> If no water, swap the Pre/Post filters and test membrane poppet again. If still no water, replace diaphragm. If there is a spray now, replace Prefilter.
4. Membrane plugged - test by removing yellow line and look for consistent water production
> If no water production, check flow control insert
5. Flow control insert dislodged or clogged
> Clean or replace flow control
6. After filter change no water to drain, system is air locked.
> Remove all filters and reattch in order - Postfilter / Membrane / Prefilter. Listen for drain flow.
Constant Water to Drain
1. Check tubing route
2. Check auto shutoff check valve
3. Flow control clogged or dislodged
> Clean or replace flow control
4. Defective auto shutoff
> Replace Diaphragm kit
Noisy Air Gap
1. Black line (gravity flow) routed directly from faucet to drain adaptor
2. Check for dislodged flow control insert
Leaking Air Gap
1. Plugged 3/8" black drain line or replace tubing
Leaking Manifold
1. Determine leak area (ex. collets) and replace manifold
Leaking at Collets (push to connect fittings)
1. Recut a square end on tubing
2. Confirm tubing is pushed in all the way
3. Replace the collet and o-ring
Chlorine Taste / Odor
1. Chlorine in feed water over specifications
2. Filter changes are overdue
Leaking at Shutoff Valve Vent
1. Replace diaphragm kit
