Air in your home’s water lines can sometimes result from an issue with the tank filter’s riser tube O-ring. This article walks you through checking and replacing the distributor O-rings.

Replacing the Dist. O-ring
1" Single Disc - AIV / EIV / PF
1. Bypass the unit, depressurize, and disconnect the black C-clips from the bypass assembly.
2. Remove the Valve Head by unclipping the retaining clamps from the tank neck.
3. Check for any damage to the resin tank neck. Replace the three Distributor O-rings between the valve head and resin tank.
4. Secure the valve head, retaining clamps, and c-clips. Restore water flow to the unit and watch for leaks.

1. Bypass the unit, depressurize, and disconnect the black C-clips from the bypass assembly.
