Locating the Shipping Damage Form on the Dealer Portal:
1. Navigate to the Dealer Portal - https://dealer.ecowater.com/
2. Login with your username/email address and password.
3. Under the Residential tab, choose Warranty.
4. About halfway down the page, choose the Freight Claim Procedures link.
5. On the Shipping Claim instructions page, choose Complete Shipping Claim Form.
6. Complete the form. Make sure to include all neccessary photos - you may wish to complete the form on a mobile device for ease of uploading photos. Once complete, click Submit.
