Best Practices & Important Information
- We suggest servicers obtain photos and information in real-time at the customer residence.
- To consolidate shipments, enter orders on a weekly basis.
- Keep all failed parts for 60 days in case they are requested from the warranty team.
- For a system Re-bed, enter 'Re-bed' as the part number. In the description, list the media used for replacement.
- Replacement parts have a 90 day warranty.

Instructions for Submitting a Claim (Click here)
1. Fill out the necessary information, keeping in mind that multiple customers can fit on one form (pictured).
2. Make sure to give a complete description in the comments section for Reason for Failure, when requested. The comments should be listed by customer name (pictured below).
3. Check the box and click submit when ready.
4. Once submitted, you will see the window below. Click OK.
5. You will also receive an email like the one below. You can expect another email once the claim is approved.
Locating the Form on the Dealer Portal (Click here)
1. Navigate to the Dealer Portal - https://dealer.ecowater.com/
2. Login with your username/email address and password.
3. On the main dashboard, click the Submit a Claim button under Warranty Claims Form.
