This article will describe how to check the status of a Dealer order. FOR DEALERS ONLY.
This is for use on the Online Order System Only.
On the homepage, click on your name in the top right corner and choose ‘My Account’:
Status: Order statuses on this page are not tied to our backend system, so the last update you will see is ‘Handling Order’. Please refer to your email updates, or email ordertracking@ecowater.com.
Note: If order emails are coming into your Junk folder, whitelist the email address coming from Epicor.
